Payment Policy

You may access resources of IM Nutrition for free, and other services and products require payment. Our accepted payments policy gives you convenient payment options. To help ensure your safety, only use our approved payment methods, which include paying via cash or credit card with PayPal and Square. We do not accept personal checks. 

 

For Personal Health and Wellness Services

Similar to other institutions, payment in full is required prior to commencement of health and wellness services. All services must be paid in advance in order to get your first consultation on our calendar.

 

For Corporate Health and Wellness Services

All services and programs must be paid in advance, unless we bill your company through invoices . All invoices must be paid within 30 days of invoice date or we will charge you a $50 late fee plus $5 per mile our nutritionist drives to worksite to continue work/perform duties.

 

Late Payments: When a payment is not made within 30 days from the date of the invoice, the account is classified as past due. A one-time late payment charge of $50 will be added (per late invoice) to all amounts billed. Each invoice statement shows the date the bill is mailed.

If payment is not made within the 30-day period, IM Nutrition personnel will continue to reach out via phone, email and/or make a collection visit for payment. A $50 collection fee will then be added to the amount due. If payment is not made at the time of the visit, services may be discontinued without further notice and a $100 reconnect fee for any service that has been discontinued due to non-payment will be charged, in addition to the collection fee.

Late fees can be avoided by simply contacting us via email to speak with our accounting department about options to help or to let us know you no longer need our services.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are fully committed to helping you change your life and wellness. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make adjustments to your health program. Personal and corporate account refund policies are stated below.

 

We do this because we’re looking for serious and committed people and companies to work with only. We’re in business to help reduce the grave health epidemics in our local communities and anywhere else our work takes us. We take our learning environment very seriously and maintain a high standard of positivity, encouragement and inspired, action-oriented learning.

 

For Personal Health and Wellness Accounts

Personal accounts are the only accounts eligible for a complete refund under the 30 Day Refund Policy. To be eligible for a refund, we require all your completed homework from all available food logs, health assessments, weekly health evaluations, worksheets, etc… This means you must take action in this program for you to get the results you want. Every program varies in length. We know that if you take action and do the work, you’ll get positive results. If you do the work and don’t get value, let us know as soon as possible so we can make adjustments to your program. If after doing the adjust work doesn't work, then we don’t deserve your money and we’ll cheerfully refund you 100% of your payment if done within 30 days of starting your health program.

If you want to cancel your initial consultation, you must do so by either calling or emailing us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in IM Nutrition billing you for the service and charging you a $5 per mile mileage fee the nutritionist drove to your appointment.

For Corporate Health and Wellness

Corporate accounts are not eligible for a refund. Since IM Nutrition is offering non-tangible public health services and has to pay in-house or 3rd party personnel, we do not issue refunds once services have been rendered. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make adjustments to your program. We’re here to make sure your company and your employees and market are happy with our work and we’re dedicated to help them live healthier, happier lives.

 

Acceptance of these Policies
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with our policies. You can get to this page from all the services pages on our site. By placing an order for any of our services, you indicate that you have read these payment and refund policies and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of them.

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of these policies, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
